Refund Policy

1. Eligible Refunds

• Cancellation made at least 24 hours before the appointment (after admin approval)
• Appointment cancelled by doctor or chamber
• Payment deducted but booking not confirmed due to technical error

2. Non-Eligible Refunds

• Cancellation within 24 hours of appointment
• Patient does not show up for the appointment
• Wrong information provided by the patient

3. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days
• Refund will be credited to the original payment method

4. Booking Charge

• The booking charge is non-refundable if cancellation rules are not followed.
