Cancellation Policy

1. Before Payment

• If you cancel before completing payment, the booking will be cancelled immediately without any charges.

2. After Payment

• You can cancel only if there are at least 24 hours remaining before the appointment.
• Cancellation request will be reviewed by the admin/chamber.
• If approved, refund will be processed as per Refund Policy.

3. Less than 24 Hours

• Cancellation is not allowed.
• No refund will be provided.

4. Chamber/Doctor Cancellation

• If the doctor or chamber cancels the appointment, you will be eligible for a full refund of the booking charge.
