How BOYODO login, signup and doctor booking works

BOYODO is a doctor appointment booking platform. Patients verify their Indian mobile number with OTP, choose a verified doctor and chamber, then pay either the Boyodo booking fee only or the full consultation amount online, depending on the clinic's payment mode.

Patient Signup

    Enter mobile numberNew patient enters a 10-digit Indian mobile number.

    OTP verificationBOYODO sends one secure OTP only after the patient taps Send OTP.

    Create accountAfter OTP verification, patient enters name, email, age and gender.

    Dashboard accessPatient can view bookings, receipts, prescriptions and reports.

Patient Login

    Enter mobile numberExisting or new patient uses the same OTP entry point.

    OTP sent on requestOTP is never sent automatically and resend is rate-limited.

    Verify OTPExisting patient is logged in; new patient continues to signup details.

Booking & Payment

    Search doctorPatient searches by doctor, speciality, symptom or chamber.

    Pay applicable amountPay at chamber: pay the Boyodo booking fee online. Pay online: pay the booking fee plus the doctor fee online.

Payment rule: BOYODO charges a platform booking fee of Rs. 45 per booking. If the clinic offers Pay online, the patient pays Rs. 45 plus the doctor consultation fee online. If the clinic offers Pay at chamber, the patient pays only the Rs. 45 booking charge online and pays the doctor fee directly at the chamber.
